A typical Airthrie day

8.00am - 8.40am: Early Book

8.40am - 9:10am: Registration & Form Time

9:10am – 10:00am: First Lesson e.g. Maths

10:00am - 10:50am: Second Lesson e.g. English

10:50 - 11:15: Break time play and snack time

11:15am - 11:40am: Third Lesson e.g. Grammar

11:40am - 12:30pm: Fourth Lesson e.g. French

12:30pm - 1:00pm: Break time

1:00pm – 1:30pm: Lunch served

1:30pm - 2:20pm: Fifth Lesson e.g. Science

2:20pm - 3:35pm Sixth Lesson e.g. Art

3:35pm – 3:45pm: Form Time

3:45pm: Home Time

3:45pm - 4:45pm: Late Book (may bring a snack) or an after-school club

4:45pm - 5:30pm: Tea Time Club (a light tea provided at an extra cost)

 

WRAPAROUND CARE

To assist busy families, we offer all pupils the option of wraparound care:

- ‘Early Book’ where the children play together or watch a short video,
- ‘Late Book’ where children have chance to do homework or play games together,
- ‘Tea Time’ where pupils are served a light tea until parents are able to collect.

We understand the demands of family life and therefore aim to be as flexible as possible to make the school drop-off and pick-up as convenient for parents as possible.
