Staff Support Movember with Fundraising Moustaches

This November, five members of Dean Close Airthrie’s staff took up the challenge to grow moustaches in support of the Movember charity, raising awareness and funds for men's health issues. All in all they managed to raise a huge £789 via online donations.

A big round of applause goes to Mr Dobbie, Mr Winstanley, Mr Warren, Mr Medhurst, and Mr Sayers for their commitment to this important cause. Their impressive moustaches have not only brought smiles to the school community but also sparked conversations about the vital work Movember does in supporting mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

We’re so proud of their efforts. Their dedication to raising awareness has made a real difference, and their moustaches have certainly brightened our month! Well done to these staff members for supporting a worthy cause and inspiring us all with their initiative!
