As the Lent term draws to a close, we once again upheld our cherished tradition of hosting an Easter egg hunt, bringing together students from Reception to Year 6 for a morning of fun. This year, the excitement reached new heights as Little Trees Christ Church pre-school joined in the festivities, adding an extra dose of joy to the occasion.
Underneath the spring sunshine, students eagerly got into their mixed teams, ready to embark on the ultimate Easter adventure. Armed with wit and determination, they set out to decipher 10 clues each leading them one step closer to discovering hidden treasures in the playground.
Amidst giggles and excitement, the children hunted high and low, their eyes sparkling with anticipation as they uncovered a total of 10 colourful eggs hidden amidst the nooks and crannies of the adventure playground. But the fun didn't stop there—following the egg hunt, the students engaged in a scavenger hunt, searching for adorable bunnies and fluffy chicks.
The Easter festivities served as a fitting end to the term, providing a memorable and joyous experience for all involved. As the children reveled in the thrill of the hunt, they created lasting memories that will be cherished for years to come.
